Us and we are collaborative, it is a beautiful language, the language of love and it is the only way to sustain a healthy relationship. The minute we move into ‘I’ equanimity dissolves.
And this isn’t just about our partners; this goes for all situations. Mutual respect. Give and take.
Hearing, listening, working together on all levels. “Us and we” is inclusive. It means we honor what is going on outside ourselves.
It means we care.

It is ‘US’ that I love in our relationship, no place for just ‘ ME’ or ‘ I’….
